Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, our return policy is limited. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

  • Product arrived damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect product was shipped
  • Product is defective or does not match specifications
  • Missing items from your order

Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Custom or special order items
  • Products without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@blomeresearch.net within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, photos of the issue, and detailed description
  3. Await Authorization: Our team will review and provide a return authorization if eligible
  4. Ship Product: Return the product in original packaging with all materials included
  5. Receive Refund: Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  • Do not discard any packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement or refund

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost. The incorrect item must be returned unopened in original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may apply to returns that are not due to our error. This will be communicated during the return authorization process.
